Tooling is the basis for the production of any moulded products. The final price and quality of finished products rely on the construction and precision of tools. Our tool room is specialized in the designing and production of injection moulds for transfer and compression moulding of elastomers and thermoplastic materials.
For mould design, we use modern and unique technological solutions developed for analyzing and optimizing both the mould itself and the production process. Thanks to the rheological and thermal balance in the entire mould, including all the elements (hot runner, cold runner, tempering, mold inserts, etc.), we gain a significant competitive edge at the design stage. This process is based on CAD/CAM software: Solid Edge, SigmaSoft, ZW3D CAD, AutoCAD.
Our current machine park provides us with extensive capabilities and it is being gradually expanded to improve our competitive edge.
We cooperate with qualified and approved suppliers of materials, spare parts and services, including those related to heat treatment. Our main partners in the construction of moulds are well-known companies from the plastics processing industry, including: FCPK Bytów, METALimpex, Konek PSN, Oerlikon Blazers, Fibro, Rabourdin, Meusburger, Hasco, Harting, Bohler, Roemheld, Oberon, Optiz, Elwik, etc. Using materials delivered by market leaders allows us to meet the requirements set not only by the automotive and home appliance sectors but also many others.
Our spare capacity in the execution of production moulds can be used by external customers.
