A major part of production covers molded bicomponent products, i.e. products combining rubber and metal, plastic, wood, polyurethane or cord-reinforced.

For bicomponent products, the most important condition is to obtain a permanent and repeatable bond of rubber with the second component. The highest quality of bonds is ensured thanks to TBT℠ technology (Takoni Bonding Technology), i.e. know-how that has been developed for many years, as well as our extremely demanding technological regimes for the preparation of the surface and application of adhesive agents. TBT℠ is subject to industrial property protection based on patent application and its competitive edge and outstanding innovativeness is confirmed by customer satisfaction and the impressive results of research and development work related to:

  • bonding force of rubber with a component surface,
  • bonding resistance to shearing and tensile loads,
  • resistance of metal elements to corrosion,


Similarly to traditional rubber molded products, our bicomponent products are manufactured in various colors, shapes, sizes, dimensions, weights and quantities, both in unit (prototype) and mass production. This is possible thanks to our extensive machine park which is based on dozens of 100 – 1.000 t hydraulic presses and modern 90 – 650 t injection molding machines (injection basis weight max. 5.000 g). The technological capabilities of rubber processing give us great potential and allow for the production of the highest quality rubber molded items with sizes up to Ø 3.500 mm and weight up to 80 kg. Currently, the smallest manufactured rubber item weighs 0.00001 kg.

Depending on the intended use of the product, we use appropriate rubber compounds in the full range of hardness (30 – 90 Sh A) and a wide range of based polymers:

  • natural and synthetic rubber: NR, SBR, NR/SBR, NR/BR/SBR, EPDM, EPM, NBR, HNBR, XNBR, NBR/PVC, CR, BR, IIR, CIIR, ACM, AEM, ECO, CSM,
  • silicone rubber: VMQ, FVMQ,
  • fluorocarbon rubber: FPM, FKM, FFKM,


Our rubber compounds meet the requirements of the following standards: UNE, ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, NF, KTW, FDA, NSF, UL94, RBB.EDS6 and individual standards required by specific clients, e.g. VW 2.8.1, DBL 5556.10, FIAT TA 20-55, STD 1229, VOLVO 412-0001, SCANIA STD4495, XYLEM M0516.2636.33
