We are probably the only company in Poland with the know-how and complete manufacturing process for O-RINGS and other toroidal seals in various cross-section options.
Depending on the application of O-rings and the requirements for tightness and resistance, we use apprpriate rubber mixes in the full range of hardness (30 – 90 Sh A) and a wide range of rubber bases:
- natural and synthetic rubber: NR, SBR, NR/SBR, NR/BR/SBR, EPDM, EPM, NBR, HNBR, XNBR, NBR/PVC, CR, BR, IIR, CIIR, ACM, AEM, ECO, CSM, FKM;
- silicone rubber: VMQ, FVMQ,
Our rubber mixes meet the requirements of the following standards: UNE, ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, NF, KTW, FDA, NSF, UL94, RBB.EDS6 and individual standards required by specific clients, e.g. VW 2.8.1, DBL 5556.10, FIAT TA 20-55, STD 1229, VOLVO 412-0001, SCANIA STD4495, XYLEM M0516.2636.33
Depending on the requirements, the surfaces of our O-rings can also be coated with standard methyl silicone oils that make installation easier, or mineral oils (both engine and gear grades). It is also possible to apply permanent PTFE or silicone coatings in various colors in order to make the part visible, allow automatic installation, improve dynamic properties, etc.
