Long before guidelines concerning corporate social responsibility were developed, many areas defined in ISO 26000 and SA 8000 were attended to.
Activities related to the enhancement of awereness and development of competences in the field of corporate social responsibility are the priority for the Management Board.
Activities related to ISO 26000 nad SA 8000 are focused on:
respect of human rights and good practice in the area of labour,
compliance with reliable operational practise,
maintenance of mutually honest relations with customers and suppliers,
continuous social commitment to the development of a local community.
Environmental Standards according to ISO 14001 and Safety Standards according to ISO 45001 have been and are continued to be complied with and constantly improved, and the rules of their observance are an obligation of all employees since the very first hours of their work.
